Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C) in conventional oven or 400 degrees F (204 degrees C) in convection oven. 2. Remove overwrap plastic. Place flatbread directly on middle oven rack. 3. Bake flatbread for 18-22 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheeze is melted. Check flatbread after 18 minutes. Caution: Product must be cooked thoroughly to 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) for food safety and quality. Do not allow flatbread to thaw. Do not eat flatbread without cooking.
