Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cooking appliances vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thawing before cooking is not recommended for this product. Microwave: To cook entire bag of crinkle cut carrots, place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cover. For lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 7 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 7 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. For ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. Stove Top: Bring 1/3 cup of water to a boil in a sauce pan. Add contents of bag and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and boil gently for 8 to 9 minutes or until tender. Stir once during cooking time. Season to taste and serve. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the particular appliance used. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable | Keep frozen.
