Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: Thawing is not recommended for this product, it should be heated from the frozen state. For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cooking appliances vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. Stove Top: bring 1/3 cup water to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan. Add vegetables and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and boil gently for 5-6 minutes or until tender; stir once during cooking time. Season and serve. Microwave Instructions: To cook entire bag of O Organics Green Peas, place frozen vegetables in a 2-quart covered microwave safe diish. Add 3 tbsp of water and cover. For lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. For ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 3-1/2 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 3-1/2 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. Note: Microwave cooking time may vary depending on the particular appliance used. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable | Keep frozen.
