Stove Top: Place frozen vegetables in 1/4 cup boiling water for every cup of vegetables. Bring to second boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender (7-8 minutes). Season to taste and serve. Microwave: Place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Note: Due to the differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Steaming: Cover bottom of steamer with water. Bring to boil. Place 1 1/2 to 2 cups (about 3 serving) frozen vegetables in top of steamer. Cover and steam for 3-5 minutes. Stir after first 2-3 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Caution: Product will be hot. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate left overs. Perishable. Keep frozen.
