Preparation Instructions: We proudly invite you to savor these incredibly flavorful melt-in-your-mouth recipes. Classic Fluffy Pancakes: 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg. Buttermilk Pancakes: 1-1/8 cup buttermilk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. butter, melted (optional). Crepes [Thin Pancakes]: 1-1/2 cups milk, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional). Protein Pancakes: 3/4 cup milk; 1 scoop (31 g) protein powder. Plant-Based Pancakes: 2/3 cup nut milk, 1 ripe banana. Maple Waffles: 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional). Combine ingredients with one cup of Crown Maple pancake and waffle mix. Stir well, and allow batter to rest. Heat skillet to medium and grease. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto skillet (For crepes, after adding batter, immediately turn pan from side to side. Cook for about 1 minute per side). Cook until bubbles appear and edges begin to dry. Flip to finish cooking. Serve with butter and your favorite organic Crown Maple syrup. Enjoy! 5 minutes on greased medium heat waffle iron.
