Steam: 1. In a large pot, bring water into a boil. 2. Drop the vegetables into the steamer pot and cover. 3. Cook on medium-high heat for approximately 4 to 5 minutes* or until the vegetables have reached the desired texture and temperature. Stir occasionally. 4. Place into a serving dish and season to taste. Microwave (1200 Watts): 1. Put the frozen vegetables into a microwave-safe dish and cover. 2. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes* or until thoroughly heated. Stir halfway through cooking. 3. After removing, let stand for 1 minute. 4.
