Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Stove Top: 1. Drop the frozen vegetables into a pot of boiling water. 2. Cook for approximately 2 to 3 minutes (heating appliances vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only) or until you reach the desired texture and temperature. 3. Drain, season to taste and serve. Microwave (1200 Watts): 1. Put the frozen vegetables into a microwave-safe dish, add 2 tbsp of water and cover. 2. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes (heating appliances vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary.
