Oven Baking Instructions: 1. Do not defrost! (Leave pie in freezer until oven is ready). 2. Place a cookie sheet on your center rack. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F*. 4. Get your pie from the freezer, remove the plastic wrap and place it in the oven on the cookie sheet. 5. Bake for 65-75 minutes. (Crust should be golden brown. If it's getting dark, you can cover with foil for the last 15 minutes or so). Carefully remove the pie from the oven and let it cool (best for a few hours) so the fruit can fully set. * Convection ovens bake best at 350°F for 55-65 minutes. For Best Results: After baking, let your pie sit for a few hours, or even overnight. The extra time lets all the flavors and textures develop so it's extra yummy. Oh, and a little ice cream never hurt anybody. Keep frozen. Once thawed, store in refrigerator up to 3 days. Never refreeze or store at room temperature.
