A dear friend allowed us to share this recipe for pakora, a traditional Indian fritter often bought from street vendors as a snack. We've made Amy's Indian Inspired Vegetable Pakoras into a hearty dish, starting with chickpea flour dumplings stuffed with organic cauliflower and potatoes that are lightly fried to perfection, then covered in a delicately spiced yogurt sauce and served with organic basmati rice. Microwave or regular oven. Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Do not remove overwrap. Cook on high for 4-1/2 - 5 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
