Stovetop Instructions: 1. Add 1 cup of tri-color quinoa to 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Lower the heat, cover with lid and simmer until the desired tenderness is reached (about 15 to 17 min). Appliances may vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. 1 serving = 3/4 cups cooked. Quinoa is a natural agricultural product. Despite the use of modern cleaning equipment, it is not always possible to remove all foreign materials.
