Couscous, also known as Moroccan pasta, is compiled of little pellets formed from semolina. Trikonia couscous is grown right here in the USA. Couscous is naturally fat free and exceptionally versatile. It can be used in soups, pasta dishes, or as a main course.

Basic Cooking Instructions: In a sauce pan. add 1 cup of water, 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tsp (optional) and bring to a boil. Stir in 2/3 cup of Trikona couscous and cover. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff lightly with a fork and serve. Serves 2.
