*Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended - cook from frozen. *Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully "boneless" product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present. Air Fryer 12-13 min: Set air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fish in a single layer. Deep Fry 5-6 mins: Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen fillet(s) until product is golden brown. Conventional Oven 18-22 mins: Preheat to 425 degrees F. Place frozen fillet(s) on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake uncovered and turn fish over half way through cooking. Microwave cooking is not recommended. How to Use: Crispy PubHouse Battered Alaska Cod are perfect in fish, tacos, dipped in your favorite tartar sauce, or served alongside potato chips or fries. Keep frozen.
