Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Bake: Prepare 1. Preheat oven to 325ºF. 2. Remove outer yellow plastic netting and wrapper. 3. Refrigerate gravy packet until ready to use. 4. If thawed, drain juices and pat roast with paper towels (not necessary if frozen). 5. Lift string netting and shift position on roast to make removal easier after cooking. Do not remove string netting from roast prior to cooking. 6. Brush roast lightly with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray. Additional basting is not necessary. Roast (No Thaw • Freezer to Oven) 1. Place prepared roast, skin side up, on flat roasting rack in 2" deep open roasting pan. Do not add water to pan. 2. Roast, uncovered to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F in center. Roasting time will vary if covered or placed in an oven cooking bag. 3. For easier net removal, wrap roast in foil when done and let stand 10 minutes. Slice the roast, heat the gravy per packet directions and serve. Keep frozen.
