You Will Need: 1 lb. cod or halibut, cut in strips; 2 tbsp. neutral oil (sunflower, canola, vegetable, etc.); 1 large lime, for garnish. Directions: 1. Mix packet contents with ¼ cup warm water; stir until completely dissolved. 2. Place fish in a resealable bag or container with lid. Coat fish with oil, add seasoning mixture and coat fish again. Marinate for 5 minutes. 3. In a large skillet, thoroughly cook fish. Squeeze lime on fish before serving. Tips: For Southwest Salad, dice 2 tomatoes; place in bowl. Add 1 can each corn and black beans, drained. Whisk packet contents and 1/2 cup olive oil; pour over vegetables. Squeeze 1 lime over mixture.
