Cooking Instructions: Makes about 3 cups. Boil: Bring 1-1/2 cups water or broth to boil in a medium pot. Cook: Add 1 cup quinoa. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Finish: Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Tip: Sprouted quinoa is cooked when each grain is translucent and white germ is visible. Do not eat raw. Fully cook before eating.
