You Will Need: 1 1/2 lbs. salmon, skin on. 1/4 cup neutral oil (sunflower, canola, vegetable, etc.). 1/4 cup water. Directions: 1. Mix packet contents with oil and water. 2. Place salmon in a single layer in a sealable dish or resealable bag. 3. Pour marinade over salmon. If in a dish, flip to coat all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage to throughly coat. 4. Marinate for 30 minutes 30 (or no longer than 1 hour). 5. Grill skin-side down for 4-6 minutes, flip and grill 4-6 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Tips: Substitute salmon with sliced tempeh; marinate, then grill for 3 minutes per side.
