Cooking Instructions: Ingredients: 2 tbsp sunflower oil or your favorite oil, 1 lb beef, chicken, tofu and/or vegetables, 1 pouch saffron road sweet & sour simmer sauce, sesame seeds and/or green onions for garnish. Saute: Heat oil in a heavy skillet, add beef, chicken, tofu and/or vegetables, saute until cooked through. Slightly brown ingredients to add flavor & texture. Simmer: Reduce heat, add sauce, stir gently and simmer until sauce begins to bubble. Serve: Serve over rice or with noodles, add garnish. Enjoy! Do not microwave pouch.
