Add 1/2 cup water (use milk for extra protein). 3. Stir until combined. 4. Based on desired texture, heat in microwave on high for 60-75 seconds (Directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking times as needed). Steeping Directions: 1. Empty contents into a bowl. 2. Add 1/2 cup hot water (use milk for extra protein). 3.
