Hot Water: Peel lid back halfway. Add hot water to the fill line, above. Stir well and cover for 3-4 minutes. Microwave (Times may vary): Peel lid. Add water to the fill line, above. Microwave for 45-65 seconds and stir well. Let stand for 1-2 minutes. Overnight Oats: Peel lid back halfway. Add water or your favorite milk to the fill line, above. Stir well. Cover the cup and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Please adjust water for desired consistency.
