Instructions: Instant Pot: 1. Brown 1 lb ground meat (beef, chicken or turkey) on saute function. 2. Add Kinder's seasoning, 1/4 cup water, 15 oz can of kidney beans, and 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes (undrained). 3. Cook on high setting for 15 minutes. Instructions: Stovetop: 1. Brown 1 lb ground meat (beef, chicken or turkey). 2. Add Kinder's seasoning, 1 cup water, 15 oz can of kidney beans, and 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes (undrained). 3. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place.
