Make my award- winning oatmeal at home. Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Steel Cut Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes (or longer for creamier oatmeal). Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.
