Cooking Instructions. Not ready to eat. From frozen, cook to an internal temp of 165 degrees F or above for food safety and quality. Air Fryer (Most Delicious!): At 400 degrees F, cook 4 nuggets for 9-11 minutes or all nuggets for 10-12 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking. Oven: Cook nuggets on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking. Food should be crispy but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying. Keep Frozen: Ready to cook.
