Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Microwave Oven Instructions: Cook from frozen/do not thaw. 1. Remove: Enchilada tray from box. 2. Leave Enchiladas wrapped in film and poke holes to ventilate. Place: Tray in microwave and heat on high for 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes 30 seconds. Let sit 1 minute. Enjoy. Conventional Oven Instructions: Cook from frozen/do not thaw. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 1. Remove enchilada tray from box and remove film. 2. Leave enchiladas in tray. 3. Place tray on center rack In oven on an oven-proof sheet pan. Bake for 30-33 min. Let rest 1 minute. Enjoy. Pro Tip: Heat in an air fryer at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes.
