What you need: 6 Cups water. 1 tbsp unsalted butter. 4 tbsp 2% reduced fat milk. Use your favorite milk and butter. We prefer goat or non-dairy. Directions: 1. Boil 6 cups water in a medium saucepan. Add Funny Farm pasta and stir immediately. 2. Cook to desired firmness, about 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain pasta in colander. Do not rinse. Return pasta to pan. 4. Add cheese blend, butter, and milk. Mix gently until smooth and creamy. Push to open.
