Shake ruthlessly, feast effortlessly. Marinade: Soak preferred protein for a minimum of 6 hours. Fire meat until it reaches desired temperature. Or Cooking Sauce: Saute vegetables until slightly soft, add protein and coat with marinade. Continue sauteing until fully cooked and sauce has thickened slightly.
