Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Pan fry/Skillet: Place desired number of slices in unheated skillet (slices well separate upon heating). Cook slowly. Turning frequently to brown evenly. Drain on absorbent paper. Oven Bake: Separate slices of bacon and place on wire rack and set in a baking pan. Bake, without turning, in hot oven (about 420 degrees F) for about 15 minutes or until brown and cooked to desired crispness. Broil: Separate slices of bacon and place on broiling rack. Broil about 5 inches from heat source, turning only once until crisp. Microwave: Cover plate with paper towels, place bacon strips on towels and cover with additional towels. Cook on high power. 2 slices: 1-1/2 2 minutes (additional time may be needed to reach your desired cripsness) 4 slices: 2-1/2 to 3 minutes (additional time may be needed to reach your desired cripsness). Keep refrigerated.
