Cooking Instructions: Do not microwave pouch. Ingredients: 2 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil; 1/4 lbs shallots; 1 lb shrimp, chicken or tofu; 1 pouch Saffron Road Pad Thai Simmer Sauce; Peanuts (optional), Sprouts, Scallions and carrots for Garnish. Saute: Heat oil in a heavy skillet, add shallots and shrimp, chicken or tofu and saute until cooked through. Slightly brown ingredients to add flavor & texture. Simmer: Reduce heat, add sauce, stir gently and simmer until sauce begins to bubble. Serve: Serve over rice noodles. Enjoy!
