Do not microwave.
You Will Need: 1 small onion, thinly sliced. 1 small green bell pepper, sliced. 1 small red bell pepper, sliced. 1 lb. boneless chicken or trimmed steak, sliced into strips. 3 tbsp oil. 1 pouch Simply Organic Fajita Simmer Sauce. Directions: 1. Combine meat and simmer sauce in sealable dish or resealable bag. 2. Marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes or longer. 3. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium high. Add onion and peppers. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crisp-tender. Remove to a plate. 4. Add 2 tbsp. oil and the marinated meat. Cook for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. 5. Add cooked vegetable; mix thoroughly to coat. Heat to a simmer and stir until meat is cooked through. Serve in warm tortillas. Other Ways to Use: Use leftover chicken for tortilla soup; For kickin’ smoky shrimp, marinate in fajita simmer sauce.
