Directions: 1: In a saucepan, mix 1 cup water with packet contents until completely dissolved. 2: Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture comes to a boil. 3: Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and serve. Makes 4 servings. Chef Suggests: Serve over potatoes and poultry. Toss gravy with leftover poultry (heated) and freshly cooked egg noodles for a great next-day dish. For white gravy, replace 1 cup water with 1-1/2 cups milk. Add 1/4 tsp. chopped thyme leaves just prior to serving.
