Preparation Instructions: For food safety and quality Keep frozen Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165ºF. Read and follow these cooking directions. Bake: Conventional Oven Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. 2. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on an 11"x17" baking sheet. 3. Bake according to chart to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Amount Time Half Baking Sheet (about 3 servings) 18 to 20 Minutes Full Baking Sheet (about 5 servings) 20 to 25 Minutes Deep Fry: Caution: Ice crystals may cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. 1. Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 375ºF. Deep fryer should be no more than half full of oil. 2. Fill fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Use caution lowering basket into hot oil. 3. Fry 4½ minutes or to desired color and crispness. 4. Drain on paper towels. Keep frozen
