Microwave: Serves 1. Stir 1/3 cup of Flahavan's Quick to Cook Steel Cut Oatmeal into 2/3 cup of cold water or milk in a deep microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high for 3 minutes (900w oven). Stir and cook for a further 2 minute, remove and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Cooking times may vary according to microwave wattage. As with any hot product, please be careful. Stove Top: Serves 2. Stir 2/3 cup of Flahavan's Quick to Cook Steel Cut Oatmeal into 2 cups of cold water or milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Cooking times may vary depending on desired texture. Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place away from strong smelling products.
