Grilled shrimp 24 large shrimp, with shell on 4 tablespoons rub with love seafood rub 4 tablespoons olive oil butterfly shrimp: insert tip of sharp knife at tail end of the back, slicing each shrimp lengthwise without cutting in half. Crack shell at base of tail to keep shrimp open. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with rub. To broil: place shrimp on pan (meat side up) and broil for 2 min. Until opaque. On the grill: over med.-hot coals, place shrimp meat side down and grill for two min. Finish on shell side until opaque.
