Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Preheat skillet to medium high, pan spray can be used to prevent sticking. Place breast portions in skillet and cook covered 25 minutes if frozen, or 15 if thawed, turning occasionally until breast portions are lightly browned. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake breast portions 46-50 minutes if frozen or 39-44 minutes if thawed. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill breast portions, turning occasionally. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable, keep frozen, cook thoroughly. Storage and Handling: Perishable, keep frozen. Each piece is individually frozen to seal in flavor while preventing the pieces from sticking together in the freezer. No Defrosting Needed: Conveniently cook only the pieces you need, leaving the rest in the resealable bag. Pull to open. For best results when breading or marinating, defrost chicken first.
