Microwave: Place frozen sweet potatoes into a covered microwave-safe dish. Add a small amount of water and cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Microwave heating times may vary. Drain and season to taste. Great Ways to Enjoy: Roast them. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toss frozen Colorful Sweet Potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh chopped rosemary. Place on a single layer on a sheet pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until tender and crispy. Use them as an ingredient in soups, side dishes and entrees. Store at or below 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C). For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
