Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cooking appliances vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. For best results, cook from frozen. Place half bag (or less) of vegetables in a microwave-safe container. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. Cook on High, full (100%) power for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain if necessary and stir prior to serving. Stove Top: For best results cook from frozen. Bring 1/2 cup water to a rapid/rollinng boil in a saucepan. Add half bag (or less) of frozen vegetables. Cover, reduce heat to Medium, and heat gently for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionnally. Drain and stir prior to serving. Needs to be fully cooked. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable. Keep frozen.
