Roasted Garbanzos: Prep Time: 10 min. Total Time: 50 min. Servings. 2 (15.5oz) cans S&W garbanzos, low sodium (drained, rinsed). 2 Tbsp. olive oil. 2 tsp. sugar. 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin. 1 1/2 tsp. paprika. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. 1/2 tsp. salt. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 15x10-inch baking pan with sides with parchment paper. Dry garbanzos thoroughly with paper towels. In medium bowl, mix garbanzos with oil. In small bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over garbanzos and toss to Coat. Spread evenly in baking pan. Bake 40-50 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring twice. Great as a snack or salad topping. Heart-Check certification does not apply to recipes.
